Why are many scientist dependent on the government for funding?

To perform any experiment of science or social science need resources to find the result of the hypothesis. These resources come from the funding of either research and development department (corporate), research council (government) and charitable foundations in which these bodies evaluate the research projects.

Scientists need money to fulfil their demand for resources required in the projects.

you need to take a look at the periodic system in order to sort these elements into pairs that would most likely exhibit similar chemical properties. first, you need to find elements that are found in the same group (groups are vertical in the periodic system), and then to see whether they have the same valence number. if they meet these criteria, they will have similar properties.
