I was confused if we had to pick a specific job, I just gave good examples I could think of to each.

Demand(for the skill) - NFL players get paid so much because they are in a very valuable business that many Americans watch and pay for.

Supply (of the skill) - specialist Dr. who, forexample, specialized as neurologist costs more than a regular doctor Because there are fewer neurologists than Drs.

Qualifications- if a specific job requires a college degree it will be a higher paying job than a cashier because one job requires a specific education or skill that not everyone has.

level of position of the job- a manager will get paid more than a cashier because the manager has more responsibilities than the cashier.

Past preformance- employers often look at an individual's past performance in the work place. This is why letters of recommendation are important for some jobs.
