In situations like this, it is best to be mindful of the wants and constraints especially when a person is in a tight situation such as having a tight and limited budget. The wants of a person should be of those things that he or she should prioritize and the important things he or she needs in his or her everyday life such as food and not things like clothing when it is not necessarily needed in which-- this will be labeled as the constraints. If the person is shopping because he or she needs to wear new clothes for an interview, it is best to be wise of what to buy and to be mindful about the cost of the clothes he or she will buy in the interview, he or she does not need to buy something expensive but something that is simple, presentable and cheap.
