Tariq and Noelle work in the sales department at CTI Telecommunications. Tariq is the star salesman of the department and makes it his mission to motivate the rest of the team when sales numbers are down or when there are problems interacting with other departments. Meanwhile, Noelle consistently ranks in the middle or near the bottom in terms of sales, and she often gets distracted by calls from her teenage son.
