i understand school and home lives very from person to person so have you done the following lately?

-eat (not just snacks but actual meals)
-drink water
-slept
-do your makeup work (if you have any)
-compliment yourself (positive affirmations i y k y k)
-tell yourself you're good enough
-face ur battles head first
-making sure you're not losing yourself
-knowing that you're not alone

that's a small checklist for ya, but if you need anything my dms are always open to talk if you have body dysmorphia, anxiety, dysphoria, low self confidence, or if ur just struggling with ur body image or maybe ur getting picked on just know I'm here for you
