Situation: One day your boss at the company you work for is approachable but then the next day the boss shouts at you. So unpredictable! You find it difficult to work for your boss. Nothing you do is ever good enough. You are also tired of the screaming, sarcasm, lack of communication, rudeness, etc. You like your job and want to stay, but it is so stressful. You never know what kind of mood your boss will be in. You want to tell your boss how you feel, but you are not sure how. Activity: How would you handle this? Write a skit about the situation. Think about the outcome you want. Then think about ways you could approach your boss. It is very important that you do not blame your boss or attack him or her. It is just as important that you do not approach your boss in a negative way. You want to be very positive and pleasant. Your skit should be a little over half a page or a page. Please type the skit as a conversation by indicating when the employee is speaking and when the employer/boss is speaking.
