The type of personality/character you are, prepare a self-reflective essay and present it. Instructions:

Self-Reflection should explain your own thinking and learning process in Organizational Behavior as well as implications for future learning
The reflection should be an in-depth analysis of the learning experience, the value of the derived learning to self or others and the enhancement of your appreciation for the discipline.
The reflection should articulate multiple connections between this learning experience and content from other courses, past learning life experiences or future goals.
Be clear and concise. Though reflective writing is normally a subjective piece of writing, the logic of presentation should be met.
Ask questions to yourself in order to get more details. Since, you are writing about your own experiences, for that reason you have to focus on those questions which have arisen in your mind when you perceived new information. You should reflect on your personality.
Write briefly, do not elaborate unnecessarily.
The structure should be well organized, starting with an introduction. Choose appropriate words to make readers/audience interested in the whole text and the topic. The following part is body, in which you share emotions and feelings that you had after watching, reading, listening and so on. It is important that you pay attention to the minute details. In the conclusion, the final part of the paper, you should give brief information about the points you speak about in the body of the structure.
It is important to set a good academic tone and proper sharing of the information. Do not use slang and abbreviations, be attentive with spelling and grammar, because you are writing an academic paper, not a personal diary, even if you can use the pronoun “I”. In the reflective papers, you include the information about yourself, and it is preferable to avoid the names of people, who played an unpleasant role in your experience concerning the topic you are presenting.
