Second, include an objective, which is a statement that clearly states the type of job you want.

List your job experience, starting with the most recent job.

List your education and training.

Include any relevant skills. The skills may appear in a section titled "Skills" or within another section of the resume.

Use 10 pt or 12 pt fonts that are easy to read.

Make key phrases stand out with underlining or bold text.

Leave some white space or open space. The reader's eyes are drawn to text that is not overcrowded.

Keep the format consistent throughout the resume. For example, don't use bold text for one heading and plain text for another heading. Or don't use bullets in one list and dashes in another.
