Employers especially those holding managerial positions require some skills to enable them reach organizational objectives and to levitate professionally. While these skills may not be applicable in all work settings considering factors like Type of work, position held, work style and culture of the organization, there are genetic skills to be acquired by all managers and are widely applied across different organizations.
