Obese can be increased by conditions and various diseases. For example depression, cardiovascular diseases, obstructive sleep apnea.

Obesity can be caused by genetic susceptibility, excessive food intake, and lack of physical activity.

The primary cause of obesity is a mental disorder, doctrine disorder and genes. If obese people eat less and add weight we can say that their slow metabolism is not generally supported. Obese people have greater energy expenditure than their normal counterparts reason being the energy required to maintain an increased body mass.
