Climate change is really affecting the earth biosphere. It has made it so difficult for species to adapt to changes in temperature and water cycles.

Although the biosphere and its component has enjoyed some stability for thousands of years ago, but human activities have dangerously affected its flow. Human activities such as burning of fossil fuels have affected the environment negatively to the extent that it has directly affected the biosphere.  

Carbon dioxide and emissions of different pollutant has affected all kinds of life forms in the earth biosphere. One of the major problems of today is the greenhouse gas emission which causes global warming and has direct impact on the biosphere. It also causes drought and flood to intensify and can be of greater consequences such famine.

Changes in land use are also major sources of greenhouse gas emission. For example, deforestation will result into the discharge of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere that was earlier stored on the earth surface, which can be in form of trees or locked in the soils.  

The Earth’s biosphere also known as ecosphere is the sum of the entire parts of the earth that support life. It is divided into 5 different categories known as biomes, which include grasslands, forests, aquatic zones, tundra’s and deserts.
