Foxes don’t live in packs but they will still find each other when it is the time for mating. Once a pair has mated they continue doing so every year afterwards until the death of one of them. The pair will meet in the course of the year for grooming and social interactions. This makes the foxes unique from the other animals only meet up during the mating period.
