Which three human activities lead to a loss of terrestrial habitat

For examples:
1) Mass deforestation - cutting down trees, that disrupt animals natural way of living.
2) Agricultural industry - ntensive farming uses huge amounts of water, energy and industrial chemicals, increasing pollution in the land and loss of native habitat.
3) Building cities and homes - destroying land for large buildings.

Human activities which lead to loss of terrestrial habitat include: FOREST CLEARING, MINING AND URBAN SPRAWL.
The principal cause of loss of terrestrial habitat is forest clearing. Many hectares of land are cleared on a yearly basis to provide land for modernized agriculture. Also, many natural habitat are cleared annually to make way for mining and extraction of mineral resources that are found underneath the lands. Urban sprawl have to do with clearing of natural wild habitats in order to create space for construction of industries and modern homes. All these activities reduces the natural habitats of wild animals.
