Neon is a non-reactive gas. why is that?
a. because neon steals electrons from other elements so it does not need to react
b. because neon has a full outer energy level and does not wish to lose or gain any electrons
c. because neon gives up its outer electrons thus making it stable and non-recative
d. because neon shares its electrons with other elements so no reaction is needed
