Name five disadvantages of using bleach as a disinfectant

1. It's is very corrosion basically could leave skin irratated
2. If mixed with other cleaning things could send off a dangerous gas
3. VERY TOXIC
4. Can harm environment and organisms near it
5. Strong smell

Bleach can be used as disinfectant but there are many advantages and disadvantages of using  it. It is used to kill the harmful microorganisms present in an area.

Bleach has a very strong odor which is not good for the person who is in contact with the bleach using it as a disinfectant.It can damage the nostrils and skin of the person using itIt is harmful for the environment when it is disposed in water fishes may die due its corrosive natureIt releases chlorine and ammonia gas when reacts with any other chemicalThe gaseous form of bleach is inhaled by the person and  pets present at the place where it is used. This inhalation for a shorter or longer time is dangerous in terms of their health.
