The lengths of the small intestine and large intestine is relatively large generally twice the length of their body length, The functions are benefited by by the length of their small intestine and large intestine of the frog.

Intestine of the frog is small intestine which is twice the size of the frog itself normally and responsible for the absorption of the nutrients and digestion of the food. The length of the small intestine helps in provide enough time t absorb all the nutrients through the wall linings to blood.

Large intestine is also large that is responsible for the absorption of the water and store the undigested food, the water is absorbed through the wall of the undigested food.
