Remember that DNA helicase is a hexameric ring structure of six subunits. Something that will help you with your sketch is to have in mind that DNA unzips its double helix by breaking down the hydrogen bonds holding the DNA strands together. What happens after this is that the strand with the 3' -OH group becomes the leading strand, which can be replicated immediately. Remember to place the nitrogenous bases with their names: Adenine, Thymine, Cytosine and Guanine represented as A, T, C, G respectively. The key to understand replication fork is to remember that  DNA is copied exactly to produce DNA. Replication entails unzziping, base pairing, and joining of adjacent nucleotides.
