Here, two best examples would be:

1) Mitochnodria : It produces energy in the same manner as our alimentary canal and digestive organs do in digestion process

2) Lysosomes. - It destroys waste material by the help of it's enzyme, in the same manner as small intestine juice and pancreatic juice do in our digestive system
