Before conducting an investigation, a student measured and recorded the masses of a strip of zinc (Zn) metal and a beaker
of copper sulfate (CuSO4) solution. The student then placed
the strip of shiny, silver-colored zinc metal into the solution

well first you need the sample of the temperature and gas level. i couldnt write a hypothesis unless i had some data. i think temperature changes will effect volumes of gas because gas changed into a solid or liquid at specific temperatures.
