Part I:
Research and describe the various methods of contraception including what the mechanism of each method and a comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of each method.
Make certain you have thoroughly described at least 4 barrier/spermicidal methods; 2 hormonal methods; 2 behavioral methods; and 2 surgical methods Use pictures when appropriate.

What consists of a healthy, prenatal diet (specific foods and vitamins)? (30 points)
What kind of exercise, if any, should the pregnant women do? (10 points)
