How does deforestation affect the natural world?​

The loss of trees and other vegetation can cause climate change, desertification, soil erosion, fewer crops, flooding, increased greenhouse gases in the atmosphere, and a whole lot of problems for indigenous people.

Deforestation affects the natural world because you are getting rid of habitats that animals live in and it makes the animals forced to move to another environment. Other factors include  animal endangerment and extinction, soil erosion and disruptions in the Earth’s carbon and climate cycles, if deforestation happens.
