toy would have colorful liquid and solid items inside, and
would look pretty when you shake it. He had some little
plastic stars and leaves. His plan was to put the stars and
leaves in a jar and fill it with liquid. When you shake the
jar, everything swirls around together. Then the stars slowly
float to the surface, and the leaves settle to the bottom.
The student mixed up 500 mL of salt solution. He weighed
it and found its mass to be 585 9. Will his shake-up toy
work the way he wants it to if he uses this salt solution?
