The water cycle is also known as the Response area. It is powered by two things. The Response area is what prevents water from staying in one place for too long in a step known as evaporation. In this step, water goes from a liquid state to a Response area known as water vapor. The other thing that powers the water cycle is the Response area. Without this, water would stay trapped in clouds in the atmosphere and there would be no precipitation like rain or hail which is water in its Response area form.
