Predict the effect of the loss of forests on cellular respiration in other organisms

During cellular respiration, oxygen is a necessary ingredient to make its process possible. Losing the forests would create a very huge impact on the cellular respiration in other organisms since the forest, which is composed of plants and trees, is the main source of oxygen.
