Isaac and hailey set a wooden sailboat in a big puddle after a rainstorm. they sat on opposite sides of the boat, and on the count of three, they each began to blow as hard as they could on the sail of the boat. after a few seconds, the boat began to move toward isaac. what happened?

Since both Isaas and Hailey are blowing toward at the opposite end of the boat and suddenly the boat starts moving towards Isaac , then it is very obvious to understand that the force exerted by Hailey on his side was higher enough to counter the force  exerted by Isaac  and make the boat move in opposite direction. Since both Issac and Hailey were exerting force by blowing , therefore the blow of Hailey must be stronger than the blow of Isaac.
