Discuss the role of cell turgor to plants

Turgor potential or pressure is potential also known as pressure potential takes place in a plant cell that exerts pressure on the walls of the plant cell due to the movement of water through osmosis.

Role of cell turgor:

3. High turgor pressure opens stomatal pore low turgor pressure closes the stomata.
