How are the pulmonary arteries and veins different from the arteries and veins of the rest of the body, in terms of the kind of blood they carry?

The Pulmonary Arteries are responsible for carrying low-oxygenated blood from the right ventricle of the heart to the lungs and the Systemic Arteries are responsible for transporting oxygenated blood from the left ventricle of the heart to the rest of the body while the Pulmonary Veins are responsible for carrying oxygenated blood from the lungs to the left atrium of the heart and the Systemic Veins are responsible for carrying low-oxygenated blood from the body to the right atrium of the heart.
