The following fractional saturation data have been measured for a certain blood sample:pO2 ΥO2 pO2 ΥO220 0.19 60 0.5530 0.23 70 0.6940 0.3 80 0.7850 0.49 90 0.85What is the Hill constant and the p50 of this blood sample? Are they normal? Note that the Hill plot equation for hemoglobin takes on a slightly different form (eqn. 10.12 in the text) than was presented in lecture so that the x-intercept = log p50.
