Entre los deportistas es frecuente la creencia de que cuanto mayor sea el tiempo o la intensidad del entrenamiento, mayor es el rendimiento. Sin embargo, a veces, el resultado es el contrario y se instala una bajada de rendimiento debida al exceso de entrenamiento, conocida como síndrome de sobreentrenamiento. El entrenamiento excesivo y de alta intensidad se vincula con anomalías del sistema nervioso simpático, a los deportistas de resistencia se les vincula con el parasimpático ¿Cómo crees que pasa esto?
