How are osmosis and diffusion alike?

Osmosis is the movement of water and is always the movement in the membrane. Diffusion does not need a membrane to make molecules and Diffusion is the movement of molecules. they do not require energy, they both move from a high concentrate to a low concentrate, and they both occur in plants and animals.

he movement of air through earth's or any planet's atmosphere is called wind, and the main cause of earth's winds is uneven heating by the sun. this uneven heating causes changes of atmospheric pressure, and winds blow from regions with high pressure to those with low pressure.
