Is tubular secretion and tubular excretion in kidneys the same? If not, what's the difference?

Though there's no clear difference but

The tubular secretion is the transfer of materials from peritubular capillaries to the renal tubular lumen;

But the tubular excretion is more complicated term!

Tubular excretion mainly takes place of creatinine. It is is unaffected by the renal tubular fluid flow rate. Creatinine is freely filtered at the glomerulus and passes the tubules unmodified
