Explain the process that creates wind.

Winds are caused by differences in air pressure. Unequal heating of Earth’s surface creates areas of different pressure. Cooler areas have higher air pressure. Warmer areas have lower pressure. This causes air to move from high pressure to low pressure. This movement is the wind we feel.

Wind is air in motion. It is produced by the uneven heating of the earths surface by the sun. since the earths surface is made of a various land and water formations, it absorbs the sun's radiation unevenly. Two factors are necessary to specify wind which is speed and direction.
