How can culture be a barrier to communication

I would have to say that because certain cultures do things that some people don't. The people who don't understand it might not understand the meanings to the culture they have.

if egg is fertilized and the mother gets pregnant, progesterone starts preparing the uterus for the implantation. it starts building up the lining of uterus and make it hostile of the period of pregnancy.
