Foods are the substances which provides energy for performing different activities in our daily life. These foods also prevent diseases because it contains many beneficial nutrients which makes our defense or immune system stronger and has the ability to defend our body against diseases. If foods which contain fats are eaten in large quantity so it occurs some diseases such as obesity and heart diseases due to blockage of valves which reduces the flow of blood to the heart. With the intake of food, exercise is also necessary which makes our body active and also reduces the risk of diseases by making our body stronger.
