Jumpstart #5 - How do empirical scientific findings inform society's decision making? Give an example.

Empirical scientific findings are based on observation, research and experiment. All the findings in empirical science has a unbias scientific proof that support or inform society's decison making. Empirical scientific findings uses different research methods such as survey researc, qualitatarch and quanititative research.

For example: Empirical findings used survey research to proof growing concern of depletion of energy resources and awareness about renewable energy.

plant roots basically hold the top soil

together and stop soil erosion because

in such situation top soil is not removed

during flood but cattle grazing causes

soil erosion because cattle consume the

grasses and herbs and top soil is exposed.
