Explain why the role of photosynthesis in plants is low both at low and high temperature??

The rate of photosynthesis is maximum at optimum temperature.At lower temperature rate of photosynthesis is low and vice versa because the enzymes like chlorophyll  chloroplasts involved in the reaction cannot work faster.
