Please write your thoughts/reaction to the 4 challenge statements below. 1. Fat people are to be blamed for their weight, and fat shaming motivates obese people to lose weight

2. Fat people are fat because they are lazy, lack willpower, lack self-control, or are gluttonous

3. People who are overweight, even if physically active, can never be considered healthy

4. The causes of obesity are more complex than just eating too much; causes include physiological, metabolic, psychologic, genetic, social, and cultural factors.

I agree on the 4th point that the causes of obesity are way more complex than just eating. we need more medical information for that

I feel that the 1st point might be partially true as for some people, they need a motivation to get rid of something or start anything new, So it depends on the person even then we can't blame them completely.

I don't agree on both 2nd and 3rd points as we can't judge anyone based on looks or physique. People might have some serious ailments due to which they gained weight. Also there are people healthy and fit yet is obese.

Body shaming is not acceptable and we do not get the right to judge anyone like that.

We need to remember that it's 2020. We are getting educated enough to understand that.
