What is an stimulus? Define it and give two examples of stimuli for a living being.

Stimulus is something that causes a reaction, especially interest, excitement or energy. An example of stimulus is a shiny object for a baby. An example of stimulus is an influx of cash into the economy that is designed to help the economy to gain momentum or energy.

The rate that would change would be the  searching efficiency/attack rate. there are only two other rates in this model: the  growth rate of prey, and the  predator or consumer mortality rate.the  searching efficiency/attack rate is what indicates how effectively can a predator capture its prey whether in the searching process or actual capturing/attacking process.
