We grew three species of bacteria (E. coli, S. marcescens, and G. stearothermophilus) at 3 different temperatures (25C, 37C, 55C) and reviewed the data during the first week of distance learning. G. stearothermophilus grew better than the others at 55C but less well at lower temperatures. Explain why.
