Hypertonic solution (impure water) contributes to higer solute concentration outside the cell (lower solvent concentration) and leads to plasmolysis that allows the movement of solvent from higher concentration to lower cncentration ( water moves outside the cell).

In plant cells, vacuole stores important nutrients and other vital products. Due to high salt concentartion outside the cell, the water will move towards lower solvent concentration (out of the cell) from the cell, the nutrients stored in vacuole will also move primarily to cytosol and then outside the cell which leads cell to wilt.
