4. As a result of the ribosome reacting to ricin, ribosomes are unable to add new amino acids to polypeptides, so protein synthesis within that cell is affected.  

5. Once multiple cells are affected by ricin, then the organ will exhibit its toxic response and finally multiple organ systems fail, and ending with the death of victim.
