Product concentration affect enzyme activity or regulation. If the concentration of the product increases, enzymes activity is also increased and the reaction is done quickly.

2) Tissue and cellular location also affects the enzyme regulations. The enzyme is transferred there where it is required in the cell or tissue.

Cellular location of enzymes varies, the maximum number of enzymes are present in different parts of the cell, while some are present outside.
