Describe the genotype ration for their offspring

The Genotypic Ratio describes that the number of times a genotype would appear in offspring after a test cross. Take this for example. A test cross that is between two organisms with the SAME Genotype, Rr, for a Heterozygous dominant trait, it will result in the offspring with the Genotypes...RR, Rr, & rr. This is also a ratio that of all possible gene combos that are all based on the alleles, they are contributed with their parents. We don't really often see this Genotypic ration when we look at an organism, we only see the results of its affects.
