Water has many unique properties attribute to it’s polarity

Water has a basic sub-atomic structure. It is made out of one oxygen molecule and two hydrogen particles. Every hydrogen particle is covalently attached to the oxygen by means of a mutual pair of electrons. Oxygen additionally has two unshared sets of electrons.
