On this page draw the final (finished) eliza/elisa well in a positive test run to see if a person has
antibodies against hepatitis b virus. assume the person has igg vs. the surface antigen, which is the
outer part of the virus. label all a) antigen(s)
b) antibodies (drawn as y's) label what the antibodies are against (example igg anti hiv or mouse
anti igm)
c) how you detect the presence of test, what is the end result?
keep in mind what eliza/elisa stands for. don't know look it up, talk to people. use any resource you
