Plzz why have astronomers decided that pluto should be reclassified as a dwarf planet?

They agreed a new defination of the planets and created " dwarfs planets" a separate type of object. Pluto qualified only as a dwarf planet because it is not the dominant object in the neighborhood of it's orbit..

i would say the prokaryotic cells the prokaryotic cells are less complex, are usually found only in unicellular organisms and have more limited capabilities than eukaryotic cells.
