How might the fish in a lake be affected if large amounts of hot water from a power plant or factor were released into the lake?

if a fish is unaccustomed to large amounts of hot water I would assume it would overheat and or boil and die.

due to the fact that it skipped a generation we can tell it is definitely not a dominant trait, therefore it must be recessive. i think this is right let me know!
