For instance: a planarian whose body is broken crosswise ot lengthwise will regenerate two wholely  separate  and new organisms. Some specie of planarians are hermaphrodites that means they contain  both male and female systems for gamete production. And there are some that can reproduce through both ways (sexual and a sexual) when required.
