As we are well familiar with the fact that crossing over of chromosomes during meiosis is a phenomenon that is a source of bringing genetic diversity in offspring. The genetic diversity can be in genotype and can manifest itself in phenotype as well.

If we talk about two populations, one with more crossing over and the other with less crossing over. It simply means that first population will have diverse gene pool, they may exhibit different phenotypes, like eye colors in several colors, diversity in height ranges, diversity in IQ level, diversity in behavior and expressions.

While the other population with less crossing over will exhibit more similar kind of characters like similar face complexion of most of the people, almost similar heights or any other characters. This simply means people of this population will be more similar than different.
