The study that uses microscopes to see the minute details of organ parts is called microscopic anatomy.

Microscopic anatomy is the study of cells, tissues and organs of the body that are too small to been seen with the naked eye. Microscopic anatomy usually involves using special staining techniques, combined with electron or light microscope. The use of stains helps to improve colors so that the cells can be more easily identified when they are examined.

Microscopy anatomy refers to the study of the structures that can only be observed with the use of microscope. It is also known as histology.

It’s basically the study of cells and tissues of animals that appear too small to be view or seen by the naked eye.

By viewing the tissue under the microscope, individual can have knowledge about the architectures of cells, how cells are formed or put together and their relationship with one another.  

For example, when examining the tissue of a cancer patient under the microscope, the microscope will disclose how the cells are acting in details and how they are affecting the tissue of the cancer patient.  

Microscopy anatomy actually involves the study of tissue and cells using techniques, which could be staining or sectioning and then examining them under light microscope.

Sectioning entails the cutting of tissues into very smaller slices so that it can be properly examined. Also, histological stains are added to the tissues so as to add color it, so that the tissues can be easily identified when examined under the light or electron microscope.
